Angela has a diverse professional background that includes 16 years of business experience in Human Resources and Training but has always had and entrepreneur vision. In 2003, Angela redirected her focus to event planning, specifically centered on the concept of having ‘Bachelorette Parties with Class.’ She started VIP Bachelorette and began putting together all inclusive packages for the brides’ last night out as a single woman. Her ability to turn ordinary events into incredible celebrations was recognized among her clients and business would continue to grow. Angela’s ambitions pushed her even further and eventually sparked the creation of the parent company, VIP Chicago Parties, the hub of VIP. She now owns and operates VIP Bachelorette, VIP Bachelor, VIP Birthdays and several other businesses including her own online party supplies store
As a survivor of sexual abuse; Angela studied criminal justice and paralegal research in the hopes of assisting organizations that provide services to abused children. In 2004, Angela founded Women against Sexual Predators (WASP) Chicago, a non-profit organization created to protect the rights and innocence of children, as well as inform schools and communities about sexual predators in their area. To help fund WASP, Angela donated a significant percentage of all proceeds earned from VIP Chicago Parties each year. Angela also volunteers and donates to several other organizations and has certifications in several social service advocacies

Rob Racine
General Manager, VIP Chicago Parties Group
Rob is a visionary when it comes to planning an entertainment-packed and stupendous night for all those who want to experience Chicago’s nightlife scene to its fullest. Starting out as a part-time party host while serving in the armed forces and specializing in field medicine, Rob serviced for four years before getting promoted to senior party host and eventually to a management position. Rob is a true early innovator as he organized Chicago’s first Halloween Drag Bar Crawl, a blowout event that was worthy of an announcement in Chicago’s RedEye. Absolutely immersed in Chicago’s night scene, Rob’s knowledge of the nightlife industry resulted in VIP’s partnerships with venues often featured as hot spots in local magazines and newspapers. His enthusiastic attitude and accountability gets Rob much praise from clients and vendors alike. From his work in the office, to his meet and greet with parties, Rob’s qualities bring a bright, positive energy to the VIP team.. Whether he is Hosting a VIP Party, Studying for his next exam, or starring in one of the many theatres that Chicago has to offer. Rob makes VIP his number one priority.

Cortney Myczek
Office Manager/Photographer
With outstanding office experience and exceptional organizational skills, Cortney provides support to the VIP Event Planning team, VIP partners and our numerous vendors. She is the friendly voice that one hears when calling in to VIP, and also functions as CEO Angela Burdick’s right hand woman. When not in the office, Cortney can usually be found downtown pursuing her other passion : photography Cortney’s professional career goal is behind the camera, and her experience proves her passion as she is now the main photographer for all of VIP’s pre-party events. Her work can be seen on the company’s websites, social media pages and other promotional material, many at times captivating current clients while enticing new ones. The next time you’re downtown keep an eye out for Cortney, because rest assured, she’s surely keeping an eye on you so that you can party VIP style!

Ada Bonanno
Event Planner and Travel Coordinator
Ada is VIP’s travel expert and event planner. With more than 20 years of experience as a travel agent; she has booked travel packages for people such as Mars Corporations, The Harlem Globetrotters and Betty White. Ada began assisting VIP in 2005 when she successfully developed relationships with some of Chicago’s finest hotels. Ada’s interest in the company and a desire to work with clients on a more personal level, sparked her desire be part of the VIP team.
Marcos Ortiz
Senior Party Host
Meet VIP’s ultimate party host, Marcos. A favorite among clients, Marcos operates nocturnally as he is the man running around the city surprising bachelorettes with gift bags and ensuring clients are suited VIP style. He accommodates clients throughout the night of their event and oversees all operations between club managers and VIP parties – he’s the man that “gets you in.” His energetic, outgoing and assertive personality has gained him the utmost respect and popularity from VIP’s partners and clientele. Marcos went to school at Eastern Illinois University where he was a Sigma Chi brother – an experience that equipped him with a strong set of articulation skills. Marcos is truly a ‘people’ person, so don’t expect just a humble “hello” from him, because an unforgettable night must be accompanied by an effervescent attitude.
Claire Mackey
Party Host
Clients rave about Claire’s easygoing attitude and her patience in hosting large parties and accommodating each one of her party guests. Claire’s determination to offer clients expert venue recommendations has achieved her numerous positive reviews from emails to Yelp reviews. Claire has hosted small groups of five to large groups of 55.When Claire is not busy going to school full time she helps the staff in the office and assists with planning parties. Claire has become the person to know downtown when you need to be walked into a nightclub VIP style.
